Each GypsyLamb jewelry piece is made with positive intention and lots of love; my hope is that the good energy with which each item is created becomes as real a component of the piece as the beads and findings. Please pay careful attention to item sizes, lengths, etc. before purchasing in order to avoid having to return an item that does not quite fit. I try my best to take quality pictures of pieces and to describe them in detail so as to avoid returns of items. If you would like more information or photos of a particular item, please send a message as I am happy to answer any inquiries.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me before leaving negative feedback as I am happy to work with you on a return or exchange.

Note also that when paying through PayPal, your package will be sent to the mailing address provided; make sure your account is up to date and provides your desired mailing address.

I currently accept payments through Direct Checkout and PayPal. Payment must be received on all items before they are shipped to buyer.

All items are shipped to buyer within 7 business days of receiving payment. We ship groups of orders one-two times each week. Special care is taken to ensure items arrive safe and sound; however, we are not responsible for packages damaged or lost in the mail. If you would like your order expedited, please select priority shipping before check out, and your order will be shipped USPS Priority Mail on the next business day.

On overseas orders, the buyer is responsible for any shipping and customs fees that may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

Just contact me within: 5 days of delivery

Ship items back to me within: 14 days of delivery

I don't accept cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details

If not completely satisfied, return item undamaged within 10 business days of receiving it. Damaged items cannot be refunded. The buyer will pay for return shipping fees. A refund will be given as soon as possible, but may take up to 10 business days to process.

With the volume of direct-to-customer sales, we are currently unable to sell pieces at wholesale.

Custom and personalized orders

Custom orders are currently limited to made-to-order options currently available in the shop. Please keep in mind when ordering that all made-to-order pieces are ready for shipping in 1-2 weeks after purchase.
